We at XO are very excited for Rachael Wilson to join the core team. Rachael coordinates the work of XO, with a focus on digital projects, bringing our client’s digital experience to life from start to finish. She has worked as an independent creative PM consultant driving work between talent and teams, as well as refining her skills in innovation design at Ziba.

I’m thrilled to be joining XO! I was born, raised, and still live in Portland, Oregon with my husband and our dog. Outside of work, I’m passionate about cooking, experimenting with new recipes, and diving into a good novel. I bring a background in project management and am eager to contribute my experience, energy, and sense of humor to the XO team!
